Why are the Amish in New York City? Well, to put it simply, it’s because we’re all going to die. Our goal is to remind people to think about the meaning of life and prepare for death.
Isn’t it remarkable how little we think about something so important and so assuredly coming for us all? We know this because that’s how we find it for ourselves too. Talking to people here in the city about these truths makes it more real in our own lives. And by the way, we’re actually Mennonites, but that’s really beside the point.
