Summary: Conformed to the World— "Conformed" means "fitting the shape of". "The world", which is all going to pass away at some future time, is all the things that appeal to our flesh and its lusts. These lusts, or desires, can be fulfilled or denied. —OR— Transformed by the One Who made the worlds— Transformation happens "by the renewing of your mind", being "turned to God from idols", and "seek[ing] those things which are above".
