Summary: Living a life for Christ will come at a great cost. It will cost us our time, our resources, and many more things. Not sowing for Christ though will make us a total failure in harvest. Sowing for Christ will cost us now but choosing to not sow for Christ out of selfishness will cost us all of eternity. In farming, reaping is in a different season than when they sow. Just because there doesn't seem to be consequences now does mean that there's not a terrible harvest coming at a different time of life. We must all appear before the judgement seat of God and He will reward us according to what we sowed whether it be to the flesh or the Spirit.
